Paul's philosophy with collections matters, and in legal matters generally, is in taking a sensible approach that maximizes results and minimizes legal expense. Wherever appropriate, Paul recommends that clients handle matters on their own through the small claims system, which has recently increased their jurisdiction to $25,000.00 in view of the high cost of legal services.
